Before the season
Add your members and weekly sessions. While online, use Recompute All Sessions to plan eligible unlocked golf sessions together. Review the results in Groups and Matrix before the season begins.
When attendance changes
If a member misses week three, mark them absent in that session. Calculate or adjust the remaining groups, review the pairings, and Save the group changes. Lock completed sessions to protect their results.
Single-session calculation uses prior pairing history. Whole-event recomputation is a separate planning action for unlocked golf sessions; it is not an automatic rewrite of completed rounds. Review its confirmation before proceeding.
